Following his success in the Harry Potter series and the recent The Lady In Black, actor Daniel Radcliffe has decided to focus only on roles that resonate with him on a personal level: specifically, those that allow him to show his penis on-screen. Radcliffe, who first exposed himself in front of an audience in the Broadway show Equus, seemed to acquire a taste for pants-less theatrics after the show’s run ended. 

“It feels like a natural decision,” said Radcliffe in a press conference last Thursday. “I want my characters to be raw, in-the-flesh, strong members….” Radcliffe cleared his throat before finishing “of their worlds.”

“As a matter of fact,” Radcliffe continued, “In The Lady In Black, I could only get in character by baring my bits. I was bottomless the whole time. They just used special effects to put pants on me, the same way they made me look older. It cost 22,000 dollars to cover my johnson in post.”

Radcliffe’s agent, Richard Buck, released an official statement regarding the issue: “Mr. Radcliffe has officially chosen to shed his past as Harry Potter like a baby losing its foreskin, and furthermore Mr. Radcliffe, with his illustrious film career, has established himself as a man, and therefore earned the right to showcase his manhood.”

While Radcliffe has come under fire from many parenting groups who are displeased by the role model’s decision, Radcliffe remains firm in his resolve. “Daniel Day-Lewis lives each role for months before shooting even begins.” Radcliffe pointed out. “How is this any different? I’m just getting down to the essence of each of my characters by getting intimate with them..and getting the audience just as intimate as the actor himself. I want the expressiveness and versatility I have as an actor to translate to every head I’ve got.”
